Beb Beirut is a landmark residential development located next to Beirut’s Martyr’s Square. The project consists of a 14-story high-rise tower with a built-up area of around 30,000 square meters and 64 luxury apartments.

The development was designed in collaboration with Solidere’s Urban Design team and includes premium building materials and a significant portion of greenery. iMEP’s role focused on electro-mechanical systems that support comfort, safety, control, and long-term building performance.
